3B Hauling & Property Solutions was built on a simple idea: that there is something different about work that is truly your own. We started this company because we believe in the dignity of building something with your own hands, under your own name, for your own family.
The name 3B comes from the three Baublits brothers. This is a family company in the truest sense — built together, operated together, and guided by the same values we were raised with.
Our passion for the land runs deeper than the work we do on it. We believe in honoring those who walked this ground before us and leaving it in proper shape for those who will walk it after. That sense of stewardship shapes everything, from how we approach a job, how we treat a property, and how we show up for the people who trust us with it.
